There is an ancient Chinese proverb that says, "When the student is ready, the teacher will come."No master became a master without first being a student or apprentice of some sort.
With learning comes experience, & with experience comes wisdom.
With wisdom comes the humility to always remain a student & the confidence to teach when your students become ready.
